Join us for a festive mince pie and a Christmas cocktail as we switch on the lights at our lovely pub.
6:30-7:30pm
Thursday 27th November
An event to bring together the local community before Christmas.
Holywell Brass Band will play festive music and everyone is welcome to join us for a mulled wine or hot chocolate.
6.30pm: Arrival. Find mulled wine and marshmallows by the castle gates.
6.45pm: Holywell Brass Band play, followed by the countdown and switch on. The band move inside for a second set.
7.30pm: Lights on, and Christmas cheer in full flow, stay a little longer for a drink or book a table to try our new seasonal menu.

Spooky Dog Walk from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop.
Our monthly dog walk social with a spooky Halloween twist.
It will start from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop before making your way up to the Old Castle for a spooky story at The Keep.
We encourage owners and doogos to dress up in their scariest outfits.
