  • We are expanding our chef team here in Hawarden and we are looking for a CDP to join our team.

    The perfect person will be passionate about local, fresh ingredients and driven by creating exceptional food. At our core are the principles of sustainability, provenance and service. Everything we do is based on this.

    You must have experience of working in a busy kitchen with a seasonally led menu. We like new ideas and so a creative flair is a must.

    An eye for detail and a willingness to learn are critical as we constantly strive for perfection.

    Requirements:

    · Proven experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen

    · Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.

    · Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example, delegate tasks whilst maintaining composure and efficiency in a high-volume kitchen

    · Passion for high-quality food and presentation, and commitment to providing exceptional experiences to our guests.

    · Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

    · Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: From £13per hour, depending on experience
