Join us for a day of yoga to learn how to open your heart and expand the chest. Improving the openness of the chest can help significantly in improving posture, breathing more deeply and help release tight shoulders.
This Yoga Workshop will specifically help you to understand more about opening and expanding the front body, whilst looking after the lower back, which can be typically tighter and often takes over in chest-opening postures.
In this workshop you will:
Learn how to safely go into and out of upward-facing dog.
Learn how to safely find the right up dog posture, for your body type.
Learn other heart-opening yoga postures and understand what you’re trying to achieve in each.
Have the opportunity to have your postures checked for safety, taking into account any injuries.
All equipment, food and drink throughout the day is provided. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, if you prefer.
This session is suitable for all levels and experience!

9:45am: Meet and greet
10am: Guided yoga session to warm up the body and increase awareness
12pm: Break for lunch (on the terrace)
1pm: Yoga Workshop
3pm: Reflections & farewells
