Moydens of Market Drayton, a family-run business, make artisan cheese using traditional methods that are 900 years old. Martin will teach you a practical approach to cheesemaking that can be done in your kitchen at home. Starting with a bit about the history of cheesemaking, learning about the ingredients, production methods and some hands-on production resulting in a cheese that the participant can take home.
The workshop includes a light lunch - there will be cheese tasting throughout the day!
