Ages 8+ Session run from 4pm - 5pm

With guidance from our expert Butcher Simon our aspiring Young Butcher’s will learn a variety of skills over a course of 6 sessions ending in a Christmas party to celebrate their achievements and in completing the course. The workshops will cover skills like sausage making, burger pressing, chicken prep, some seasonal favourites and more. Skills covered in each session will progress in difficulty, with safely guarded knife skills introduced slowly as the Young Butchers gain confidence.

At the end of each sessions, our Young Butchers will take home a pack of freshly butchered meat ready to share with their friends and family.

£12 per individual session

Please note there is a maximum number of 8 Young Butchers on the course.

*The Cafe, foodhall and deli are open during this time for any parents who’d like to wait, relax and enjoy a piece of cake!
