Our Young Butcher’s will learn a variety of skills over a course of 6 sessions ending in a Christmas party to celebrate their achievements and in completing the course. The workshops will cover skills like sausage making, burger pressing, chicken prep, some seasonal favourites and more. Skills covered in each session will progress in difficulty, with safely guarded knife skills introduced slowly as the Young Butchers gain confidence.
Each Young Butcher will receive their very own Kit Bag including an apron, burger press, safety gloves and pairing knife which they will be required to bring along to each session.
At the end of each sessions, our Young Butchers will take home a pack of freshly butchered meat ready to share with their friends and family.

£12 per session.
There is a maximum number of 8 Young Butchers on the course. (book quick!)
