This Friday, 26th September, join us to Whittle + Feast.
Whittle + Feast is a collaborative event by hosted by Jwrnal, The Whittlings and Fodder Lass as part of a programme of events from Taste North East Wales to celebrate the best food and drink local to North East Wales.
Carve a spoon under the expert guidance of David and then use it to enjoy a traditional Welsh cawl cooked on an open fire.
There will be pine needle tea, hot Barti Ddu rum, roast Hawarden Estate squash sprinkled with Caerphilly cheese and a traditional PGI Welsh Lamb and root vegetable cawl with a swig of Hafod Brewing Co. ale to wash it all down.
We'll be cosying up around the fire in the Hawarden Estate Farm Shop's Tin Shed for this intimate event of learning, making and sharing great food.
Tickets cost £40 per person including your own spoon to keep forever, supper, a hot dram and pine needle tea. Join us!
