Starting on April 1st, Mary from Chester's community bread making co-operative, Bread Together, will be delivering a series of six bread making workshops for a maximum of 8 participants per session.
Each workshop will be themed on a different type of bread, for example, traditional bread from the UK or from the Middle East with each participant taking the bread they have made home that evening.
Sessions will use locally sourced ingredients such as traditional stone-ground flour from Walk Mill in Waverton just outside Chester, as well as organic fair trade products, including Zaytoun extra virgin olive oil.
A mid-session drink and light refreshment will be supplied from the Farm Shop cafe during the evening.
Each session costs £25pp. Please arrive for a 6 pm start, the class will last roughly 2.5 hours.
