We loved learning about plant-based Indian cookery last week!

We LOVED learning about vegan Indian cooking with Emma of Yoga by 18 and we loved eating it even more!

Emma taught the class a range of cooking techniques substituting what ingredients we might usually use with vegan alternatives. The result was an Indian Thali, a feast of 7 different plant-based dishes which we all enjoyed together.
