Home-Cured Bacon at the Butchery
Liam -our head butcher- and his team have some exciting new flavour-infused bacon for you to taste. The process began a few days ago as we began the curing of our bacon and introducing a different flavour to each one of four batches, including: tea, beer, chocolate, and sticky toffee apple!
It will take around 10 days for the bacon to be at it's very best, well-cured, and fully laden with these four wonderful flavours for you to experiment with at home. We can't wait to taste it... #BaconWatch
