Our Smoke Shack officially opened for the Summer last weekend, and our chefs have been serving up an exciting menu from our wood fired oven. Choose from asparagus, black garlic, butter, watercress and apple salad, halloumi, babygem and red cabbage slaw, ciabatta with confit belly pork, celeriac and apple or flatbread with salad and salt & pepper chicken. Drop in for lunch and kick start your Easter weekend! We will also be serving street food down at our Cafe + General Store at Broughton park so if you've got some shopping to do, let us tempt you to lunch.
