We are taking bookings for our Chicken Workshop at the butchery on Monday 22nd May. Using free range Packington chickens you will learn how to bone the chicken and then make chicken cushions, stuffed breast fillet, spatchcock chicken, mini parcels and also the thighs and wings. All of this makes up two chickens, which you will take home for your supper (and your freezer), ready to go, so this is going to feed your family for a good few days. The class is £50 per person and will take place at 6.30pm. Spaces are limited, call our butchers on 01244 784124 or email book your place.
