NEW BUTCHERY MASTERCLASSES FOR GROWN-UPS
Following the popularity of our Easter programme of butchery classes, we are planning to hold the adult classes regularly on a Sunday afternoon, at 1pm and 3pm. The first of these will be on Sunday 1st May and the class will be 'Make the Most of your Chicken'. You will learn to strip a chicken and put together a dish fit for a dinner party. Then you'll learn what to do with the rest of the chicken, using the thighs to make a chicken cushion, and stock from the carcass. Spaces are limited to five adults per class due to space limitations, so if you would like to come along, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book your space. There is no charge for the class, but should you wish to buy your chicken at the end, we'd be delighted!
