This week we are celebrating British Beef Week with our prime Wrexham bred Welsh beef at the butchery. The provenance of our beef -and all our meat- is important to us, because we not only believe in food that tastes great but that is also local, sustainable and good for our community. Our butchers work hand-in-hand with local farmers and merchants to select the best, most local produce they can. This week we are particularly recommending our rump and ribeye steaks, we believe they are the best around.
