It's half-term and hallowe'en... so here are two great, wholesome ideas for **things to do** at the Farm Shop. The first is to come in with kids on Wednesday October 29 and choose a pumpkin from our ongoing bumper crop. We have a special pumpkin artist coming in to draw shapes and designs on pumpkins for you to take away and carve. Come in your wellies because it's a lovely time to walk the nature trail – kicking through the golden leaves and truffling for treasure. We'll give you a sheet to fill in with all the things you've found (and a few challenges too). That should use up most of the morning – and you can carve your shiny new pumpkin at home in the afternoon before making pumpkin soup to save up for bonfire night.
